Verizon will be selling its long-awaited DROID phone tomorrow! How exciting that iPhone finally has some competition. And, I absolutely loved the commercial for it!!...also Google announced a free, turn-by-turn GPS navigation application for the new Android 2.0 smart phone platform. Oh, and in case you're wanting to buy one of these phones, here's a list of all Android Phones

coupons at your fingertips

Does anyone use any search engine other than google? Well, ask.com has recently come out with a great tool that allows you to use their powerful search engine to find coupons in a jiffy! For instance, if you search for "walmart coupons" and click on their "Deal$" tab, this is what shows up: http://www.ask.com/deals?dealsPgType=search&qsrc=167&o=0&l=dir&q=walmart%20coupons

Zune

It's Microsoft's version of the iPod. And, my hubby purchased it last week. I swear, it is the neatest little toy. It's got an OLED screen that is super clear high definition so that the pictures or video that you view can be seen just as well when you view the gadget at an angle as they can when you view it directly from the front. If you're viewing a picture and you decide to turn the gadget at a 90-degree angle, the picture will also turn - it readjusts it's dimensions to be viewed vertically and horizontally! The user interface is brilliant as well; it's got neat ways of switching from one button or choice to another. Ofcourse, there are actual uses for the Zune, but I just love the look/touch/feel of it.

I'm not sure why I'm so excited about this thing...it's just really neat and I guess it's nice that the iPod has some competition.

Google Sync

My hubby was JUST talking about the need to synchronize his mobile phone with his desktop calendar. Well, VOILA! Let me present Google Sync - a new tool from Google which does JUST THAT. Check it out: http://www.google.com/mobile/products/sync.html#p=default
